CODE OF ETHICS

All members — whether dealers or industry partners — of the Pre-Owned Automobile Dealers Alliance commit to adhere to the highest ethical standards in the pre-owned automotive marketplace. POADA has developed a Code of Ethics as a standard to which it holds all POADA members. 

POADA CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

• POADA affiliates agree to conduct business with honesty and integrity in all their business relationships.
• POADA affiliates agree to fully disclose to customers an accurate representation of the quality and condition of their products and/or services.
• POADA affiliates agree that all advertising promotions are accurate and build integrity
with their customers.
• POADA affiliates agree to take prompt and appropriate action in addressing any customer concerns.
• POADA affiliates agree to respect the integrity of competitors and conduct business operations in a professional manner.
• POADA affiliates agree to abide by all federal, state and local legal and insurance requirements. 

The POADA Code of Professional Ethics serves as the foundation of our business relationships.
An affiliate who fails to abide by these standards may be subject to cancellation of his/her POADA
affiliation.
